While I am very disappointed in what has happened in Mississippi this week I am thankful for some of the mayors and business owners in a couple of our coastal towns who are speaking out against it. If you ever want to feel welcome in Mississippi visit Ocean Springs or Bay St. Louis. Also about the only place I care to patronize in the town I live in has spoken strongly against this bill. So, I am thankful for that.

totally on board with everything you had to say about this,,,,the only .concern or issue I would ever have with this is ..and dont get me wrong ..because I love all ppl no matter what lifestyle they were born into,,,, I love ppl for who they are...is,,there will always be a bad apple in the bunch... which ruins things for many others,,,and with that said there will be some sick creep who will try to use this as a way to gain access to be the creep they are sadly

I have to tell you, I have not laugh as hard as I did after hearing you say the words "resisting your stunning masculine beautiful." On a serious note, well said my friend!

As usual, your words are thoughtful and inspiring. We are all God's children, all more alike than different. Thank you.

It's a pretty expensive "ploy" for these trans women to sneak in and use my bathroom. And Bea Arthur would absolutely throw a hissy if someone told her they had to check her junk before going into the bathroom. And Julia Sugarbaker (DIxie Carter) would get "fired up" and go on a rant! The ones who are really throwing a fit about the bathroom thing have sick and twisted thoughts, IMO.

So sad that in today's world we are where we are... Can't understand why people have to keep judging others just because they see things differently... Let us all have the freedom to be who we really are and not be ashamed or denied that privilege... Well said Bishop

Last fall, a really good friend of mine, straight male, asked me if he were gay and if I were single if I'd date him. I told him no because he wears white after Labor Day and walked away. He's still confused.

Thank you Bishop for sharing. I feel the same about so much you talked about and I also don't understand transgender all that well but I agree these bills have it all wrong. All of us just want rights like everyone else and I'm sure it's not different for Transgender people. I do understand some of the concerns of the straight people about their kids in the bathroom with Trans people but this is no reason to pass bills to destroy our other rights. And to me exactly what you said is right we can't be checking people for their gender it's just crazy. As far as people who are sick and want to violate someone, children or otherwise it has nothing to do with gay or straight or what gender you identify with. Thank you for sharing when you really don't have to. I'm thankful for you and how you stand up for not only what you believe but what is right and just good behavior.

We can't say there is no hate in the state. Both houses of the Ga. Legislature passed that awful bill. Josh McGoon is still at it. The Governor vetoed it.

    1) I disagree...this post was/is VERY spiritual. The biggest part of being spiritual to me is honoring others' truth and THEIR spirituality. 2) You completely summed it up (please excuse that horrible grammatical construct) in one word - hysteria. 3) I would like for you to do an entire video post in whiny voice at some point! Thanks!

    Love one another.
A simple concept that we seem to complicate much to often.
